1.  Online sign-up sheet will be posted Sunday evening 10 days before the date of play.

2.  Changes can be made online up to the Sunday before play (i.e., for 7 days).

3.  Sign-up sheet will be removed from the website Sunday evening before date of play, and pairings posted, and the following week sign-up sheet posted.

4.  Anyone who can't sign up online can send Tournament Chair an email or leave phone message with their preferred time slot.  Requests will be entered online each evening.

5. Changes/cancellations to the pairings on the Monday or Tuesday before play must be handled by sending Tournament Chair an email or phone call.

6.  There will not be any sign-up sheet at the Club.   All sign-ups must be done via email or a phone call to the Tournament Chair
